WHEN OFF-THE-SHELF SOFTWARE ISN'T ENOUGH

01

Your workflow doesn't fit a ready-made template

Ready-made platforms are built around the workflow most businesses share. Your approval chains and edge cases fall outside every default feature set. We build the software around your actual process, defined in discovery before coding begins.

02

You need integration depth ready-made tools don't allow

Prebuilt integrations reach the documented API surface and stop there. Below that, your legacy systems and proprietary data schemas are invisible to any prebuilt connector. We wire directly into those layers and write the sync logic for each.

03

Your team won't actually use the off-the-shelf UX

Interface quality determines adoption rates. A UI built around your team's actual task patterns removes the friction before it appears. Custom UI design maps those patterns screen by screen and adoption reflects the difference the first week.

WHAT WILL YOUR SOFTWARE COST?

Tell us about your project, and our team will prepare a rough estimate based on the scope, features, and integrations you need.

HOW DO WE BUILD YOUR CUSTOM SOFTWARE?

Each project moves through clear stages, from discovery to launch and support. You know what happens at every step, what you receive, and when you need to make a decision.

  • Step 1

    Discovery and SoW

Discovery workshops map user flows and data architecture. The current stack and gaps are audited in the same phase. The SoW sets the cost estimate and milestone plan, the MVP or PoC track included. Overruns above that estimate are ours.

  • Step 2

    Architecture and Tech Stack Design

Architecture precedes code selection. Backend language, primary datastore, queue layer, and cloud target are calibrated to the load profile and compliance needs. Choices are documented in a signed architecture document before sprint opens.

  • Step 3

    UX Before Code

Lo-fi wireframes and user flow prototypes precede visual design. A Figma UI kit establishes the component library before frontend code starts. Usability sessions validate flows and acceptance criteria are agreed before engineering begins.

  • Step 4

    Sprint Development with CI/CD

Sprints build the agreed scope, new requirements priced and scoped separately. Every change moves through GitHub Actions and automated tests to a canary or blue-green release. Board access and sprint demos give you a live view throughout.

  • Step 5

    Continuous QA and Security Hardening

Playwright end-to-end tests and integration tests gate every release candidate throughout the build cycle. Security hardening covers RBAC enforcement, data encryption in transit and at rest, SSO/MFA, and audit logs mapped to OWASP top-ten.

  • Step 6

    Launch and Ongoing Maintenance

The release runs through a canary rollout and DNS cutover. Data reconciliation and a rollback path are verified in advance. Post-launch SLAs define monitoring and a release cadence. Tech-debt findings are resolved in structured cycles.

WHY CHOOSE SAPIENTPRO FOR SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT?

01

Fixed-Price Scoping with Cost Overrun Absorption

Every engagement begins with a signed SoW that sets a clear scope and estimate. If the build runs over, SapientPro absorbs the difference. The figure you sign is the figure you pay. Changes and new scope are priced openly before work begins.

02

US and EU Business Hours

With offices in New York, Tallinn, and Lucerne, our team works during both US and EU business hours. You can reach an engineer during your working day, and demos fit your calendar.

03

Direct Tech Communication

You talk to the engineers writing the code, across Slack, Teams, Jira, Linear, or Notion. Ask a question and get an answer from whoever actually made that decision. Weekly demos and live sprint boards keep you visible to every build decision.

04

Security and Compliance Practices

We sign an NDA before the first technical discussion, limit access to your data by role, and follow the security and compliance requirements of your industry, such as GDPR or HIPAA.

05

Regular Demos and Reporting

You talk directly to the engineers and project manager working on your product, with no extra layers in between. We share progress at regular demos and stay reachable between them.
