Sprinkle is a trusted water delivery brand in Thailand that needed two key upgrades: a modern CRM system to support subscription and logistics workflows, and a refreshed digital presence to better connect with customers.

After Sprinkle approached SapientPro, they were looking to modernize both their internal operations and customer-facing experience. Backend Simplification

By removing unused modules and reducing database complexity, we improved system response times and lowered the workload on both servers and staff.
