Sprinkle is a trusted water delivery brand in Thailand that needed two key upgrades: a modern CRM system to support subscription and logistics workflows, and a refreshed digital presence to better connect with customers.
Our Collaboration Story
After Sprinkle approached SapientPro, they were looking to modernize both their internal operations and customer-facing experience. We restructured the backend by migrating to EspoCRM to give the team greater control over logistics and subscriptions. At the same time, we redesigned the public-facing platform to better reflect the brand and support continued user growth.
Challenges
Complex CRM Migration
Moving customer data from SAP to EspoCRM required rewriting scripts and reformatting records, without risking downtime or data loss.

We expanded EspoCRM with dedicated features for managing recurring deliveries, order history, and service timelines, built to reflect Sprinkle’s operational flow.

The system maintains detailed records for each client, including communication history and previous orders, giving the support team better context during follow-ups.
Backend Simplification
By removing unused modules and reducing database complexity, we improved system response times and lowered the workload on both servers and staff.

The updated layout guides visitors through the service steps with clear navigation, practical copy, and visuals that support faster decision-making.

Mascot and Illustration System
A consistent visual language, including a custom mascot and icon set, was introduced to reflect Sprinkle’s approachable and trustworthy brand personality.
Mobile-Ready Interface
The frontend was rebuilt to perform well across all devices, allowing customers to place or manage orders with ease: whether on desktop or mobile.
